- 24 hour live-in care
We can supply a live-in caregiver to work in 24 hour shifts. This is at a greatly reduced rate to the hourly care and is All Steps Home Care’s specialty. Your loved one has in-home assistance morning, noon and night. We normally assign at least two caregivers to the client. With each one working two to three 24-hour shifts a week. When it is 24 hours a day for 7 days a week we may assign more, thereby ensuring the quality of care.
Although called “Live-In caregivers” they still must maintain their own permanent and separate residences. They are only in your loved one’s home during their assigned shifts. They bring with them enough clothing and belongings necessary to complete their time in the home. They will not be using any personal property of the client such as television or telephone. Nor are they allowed any visitors. They understand they are there to work, sleeping only when the client sleeps.
Hourly Care
Not everybody wants or needs 24-hour care. We will supply caregivers on an hourly basis with no minimum amount of hours. Very different from most other home care companies that require a certain number of hours per shift. Many times a family member, who is the main caregiver, will just want someone there during the night so they can sleep, or clients may just want an hour or two. We at All Steps Home Care pride ourselves on our total flexibility to provide as much or as little care whenever and wherever you need it.
